Fizemos a colete no Hospital padre Anchieta na quinta feira dia 22/07, hoje 26/08 o resultado ainda não saiu. A previsão era 23/08. Estou ligando no laboratório desde sábado( 24/08) e ngm atende( obs : liguei a manhã toda pq só funciona até 11:00), por fim desde domingo (25/08) estou ligando no hospital, e os funcionários do laboratório q estão lá , não sabem dizer o q houve pq só fazem a coleta.
There is no way to give 0 star. My son is waiting 4 days for covid exam result! We did the vest at Padre Anchieta Hospital on Thursday, 22/07, today 26/08 the result has not yet come out. The forecast was 23/08. I've been calling the laboratory since Saturday (24/08) and ngm answers (obs: I called all morning because it only works until 11:00), finally since Sunday (25/08) I've been calling the hospital, and the laboratory staff q they are there, they don't know what happened because they only collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, não cumprem com os prazos, exame atrasado a mais de 24h sem nenhuma justificativa e não atendem o telefone. Exame de COVID do meu filho realizado no Padre Anchieta no dia 26/03 e até agora nada, desrespeito total.
I don't recommend it, they don't meet the deadlines, the exam is more than 24 hours late without any justification and they don't answer the phone. My son's COVID exam carried out at Padre Anchieta on the 26/03th and so far nothing, total disrespect.
