★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz que fica na porta aferindo a temperatura é muito gentil, na recepçao demoram muito para atender, como essa unidade funciona 24hrs deveriam ter alguém para atender o telefone, nesse momento estou a 8 minutos aguardando e ninguem atende. Quem fez minha coleta foi uma moça chamada Nadia, muito simpatica e humana. O telefone deles de whatsapp tb é uma mentira, não funciona. Enfim entrar em contato com eles é uma novela. A limpeza do local estava ok, o local de espera (em frente a recepção) é pequena para quantidade de pacientes.

My collection was made by a girl named Nadia, very nice and human. Their whatsapp phone is a lie, it doesn't work. Anyway, getting in touch with them is a soap opera. The cleaning of the place was ok, the waiting place (in front of the reception) is small for the number of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório em sí é bom, mas o atendimento péssimo. As atendentes ficam passeando e demoram 4 ou até 50 minutos pra chamar UMA senha. É revoltante.
The laboratory itself is good, but the service is terrible. The attendants are walking around and it takes 4 or even 50 minutes to call ONE password. It is revolting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vc quer agilidade, este não é o lugar. Vá para lá com tempo disponível pois DEMORA MUITO o atendimento da recepção. É notório a baixa capacidade de atendimento e mesmo assim ficam guichês vazios e/ou 2 pessoas fazendo um único atendimento.
O atendimento com os profissionais de coleta foi rápido, educado e eficar.
ps.: antes que a pessoa que monitora rede social cole o texto padrão, favor citar as ações que estão sendo tomadas para melhorar.

If you want agility, this is not the place. Go there with time available as it TAKES A LOT to attend the reception. The low service capacity is notorious and even then there are empty windows and / or 2 people making a single service.
The service provided by the collection professionals was quick, polite and effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Demorado, só tem duas atendentes pra atender e ainda ficam de conversinha. Sem contar a desorganização na hora de chamar as prioridades. Chamam 3 pessoas normais pra só depois chamar a prioridade. Minha filha ficou em jejum lá 1 hora esperando o primeiro atendimento e depois mais meia hora pra fazer o exame de sangue. Pense numa atendimento ruim imagina se fosse de graça.
Terrible. Delayed, there are only two attendants to attend and they still chat. Not to mention the disorganization when it comes to calling priorities. They call 3 normal people and then call priority. My daughter fasted there for 1 hour waiting for the first appointment and then another half hour to do the blood test. Think of a bad service, imagine if it was free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 5 guichês, somente 2 estão funcionando, super lento e a maioria da pessoa vem em jejum, ainda vamos fazer outro exame em jejum tbem, na Onimagem, caso sério viu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora para atendimento. Fui realizar exame laboratorial pela empresa e passei mais de uma hora pra coleta, mesmo sendo fora da hora de pico. Nunca tinha uma experiência tão ruim em laboratórios de Fortaleza, a estrutura do laboratório é até boa mas o principal está muito a desejar.
Long delay for service. I went for a laboratory exam by the company and spent more than an hour for the collection, even though it was off-peak hours. I have never had such a bad experience in laboratories in Fortaleza, the structure of the laboratory is quite good but the main thing is much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento lento, pois há apenas 2 atendentes. Além disso, para fazer um teste rápido de COVID-19 pela unimed foram necessários 2 atendimentos: um para preencher um formulário sobre sintomas e olocar a digital, depois mandou aguardar, esperei uns 20 minutos, e quando me chamou novamente achei que era para a coleta, mas não.. outro atendimento com um formulário do laboratorio novamente sobre sintomas e fazer o cadastro de dados pessoais e aí sim fiz a coleta. Demorei bem mais do que imaginava! e é que fui a tarde, que não tem tanto movimento.. imagina de manhã cedo! Além disso, por ser teste rápido, achei que já sairia do local com o resultado, mas deram previsão para o mesmo dia apenas a noite.
