Péssimo atendimento, demorado, a atendente do guiche 4 não faz nada, só olhando no celular. Melhor ir na Felipe Matoso. Terceira vez que tento fazer exame de sangue aqui, nunca mais.

Mais um dos muitos prédios edificados como Galeria em Ipanema na Zona Sul ele é composto por várias lojas e tem uma diversidade de mercadorias e produtos bastante ampla o estacionamento dentro dele é que é muito difícil ou muito caro e nas ruas é quase impossível

Atendimento muito bem organizado, fui tratada super bem, equipe muito competente, lugar muito limpo, e não tive nenhum problema, a coletora muito atenciosa, paciente e muito profissional! Gostei muito, são muito humanizados! O Atendimento por agendamento digital e bagunçado, não há feedback entre os operadores, cada um dava uma informação diferente, são impacientes e sem nenhum comprometimento, um dia antes do meu exame me enviaram um e-mail cancelando, depois liguei várias vezes, atendentes grosseiros e despreparado! Infelizmente a marcação não representa a qualidade da unidade de atendimento. O Laboratório deveria ser mais criterioso na seleção do atendimento por telefone.
Very well organized service, I was treated very well, very competent staff, very clean place, and I had no problem, the collector was very attentive, patient and very professional! I really liked it, they are very humanized! Customer service by digital and messy scheduling, there is no feedback between operators, each one gave different information, they are impatient and without any commitment, the day before my exam they sent me an email canceling, then I called several times, rude attendants and unprepared! Unfortunately the appointment does not represent the quality of the service unit. The Laboratory should be more careful when selecting telephone assistance.

Minha experiência nessa unidade sempre foi muito boa, mas hoje tive problemas com desencontros de informação. Fiz o agendamento Online (erroneamente, pois achei que estava solicitando curva glicêmica 75g jejum/1h/12h, mas na vdd agendei curva glicemica simples). O site tb não ajuda, visto que não é fácil encontrar esse exame no dropbox do site. De qq forma, fui informada pela unidade que este tipo de exame não estava sendo feito lá pq eles são uma unidade que colhem PCR - Ok, justo. A recepção me orientou a marcar este exame pelo telefone para não errar novamente. Qual foi minha surpresa quando eu liguei para o agendamento e eles me perguntaram qual unidade eu queria. Eu disse qqr uma que esteja fazendo esse exame, pois eu não consegui fazer no Ipanema 2000. A atendente achou estranho e disse que todas as unidades estão colhendo PCR, mas em horários marcados e diferentes dos horários de outros exames. Eu fiquei confusa com essa informação e ela surpresa por eu tê-la informado que que Ipanema 2000 não está fazendo a curva glicemica 3etapas e ela disse pra eu fazer em outra unidade. Disse que se ela não tinha certeza, o que me garantiria que se eu fosse jogada para uma outra unidade, esta me diria que tb não faz? Essa confusão dentro da empesa me fez procurar a Richet, porque além de grávida, eu não acho certo ficar "pipocando" de unidade em unidade pra achar uma que faça o meu exame e ainda ficar exposta ao COVID. Afinal, a unidade Ipanema 2000 está ou não fazendo esse exame??? Que confusão!!
My experience in this unit has always been very good, but today I had problems with mismatches of information. I booked online (wrongly, because I thought I was requesting a glycemic curve 75g fast / 1h / 12h, but in vdd I scheduled a simple glycemic curve). The tb site does not help, as it is not easy to find this exam in the dropbox on the site. Anyway, I was informed by the unit that this type of exam was not being done there because they are a unit that harvest PCR - Okay, fair. The reception instructed me to schedule this exam over the phone so as not to miss again. What was my surprise when I called the appointment and they asked me which unit I wanted. I said any one who is taking this exam, because I was unable to do it at Ipanema 2000. The attendant thought it was strange and said that all units are harvesting PCR, but at scheduled times and different from other exam times. I was confused by this information and she was surprised that I informed her that Ipanema 2000 is not making the 3-step glycemic curve and she told me to do it in another unit. I said that if she was not sure, what would guarantee me that if I was moved to another unit, this one would tell me that it also doesn’t? This confusion within the company made me look for Richet, because in addition to being pregnant, I don't think it is right to "pop" from unit to unit to find one that will do my exam and still be exposed to COVID. After all, is the Ipanema 2000 unit doing this exam or not ??? What a mess!!

Os atendimentos nos guiches são sempre mt demorados. Hj consultei o horário antes de ir e dizia que exame de covid era até as 16h e chegando lá as 15:05h não quiseram me atender. Os coletores costumam ser bons, mas o atendimento inicial deixa mt a desejar.
Attendances at the counters are always very long. Today I consulted the time before going and it said that the covid exam was until 4pm and arriving there at 3:05pm they didn't want to see me. Collectors are usually good, but the initial service leaves much to be desired.

Muito ruim , falei com a atendente por telefone ela falo que meu examen está atrasado e desligou na cara e agora não atende mais muito sem noção examen tem 6 dias sem resultado absurdo pior que ninguém se faz responsável

Pro: the Covid test results were within 24 hours as promised. The person who gave the test (swabbed my nose) was very nice and positive Con: the receptionist who helped me was 100% incompetent. There is no nicer way to put it. She repeatedly misspelled my name making the results unusable for airline travel. She then repeatedly tried to cover up her mistake versus making a small effort to fix it. This should never be OK, but especially not if paying 70USD for a Covid test - She misspelled my name twice during the process of registering for the test (the same misspelling). - When I received my results via email the next day, my name was STILL misspelled the SAME way. - I went in person. She claimed the results weren’t ready (they were). - Then, she gave me the results in a sealed envelope (hoping I wouldn’t open it to learn my name was misspelled). - Then, she said it would take an hour to fix the misspelling, and I should come back later. I stayed. She asked her colleague to call the lab. He was busy. After 10 minutes of procrastinating, she called the lab herself. They made the change. The call took < 5 min - She printed and emailed the results only in Portuguese, whereas airlines require English This person repeatedly looked for opportunities to cover up a basic mistake that should have never been made in the first place. This is not professional I paid 340 (70USD) for this experience.

For foreigners looking for covid tests to return to your home country, this Sergio Franco unit in Ipanema does not accept out-of-pocket customers (sem convênio/particular). Their Botafogo unit is the only one taking out-of-pocket customers in Zona Sul.
