★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há algumas semanas fui à clínica para realizar um exame de ultrassom devido fortes dores abdominais, a pedido da minha médica.
Além de esperar horas pelo atendimento, pacientes mal educados que fazem show são passados na frente da fila sem qualquer justificativa.
A médica que realizou meu exame me tratou com extrema grosseria. Ela me tocou de forma tão rude que fiquei dias com dores, me machucou de verdade. Ele me chacoalhou e gritou "se mexe, se mexe" como se a culpa de algo não estar dando certo fosse minha. Sem que eu perguntasse, ela de forma ríspida e irônica desferiu meu diagnóstico sem ser questionada. Aquele não era o momento, eu não estava preparada para ouvir e me causou extrema ansiedade, me causando mal estar. Eu não esperava receber um diagnóstico naquele momento, afinal aquele não era o seu papel, ela deveria apenas fazer o exame. Ela nem mesmo me preparou, apenas vomitou o diagnóstico em cima de mim.

In addition to waiting hours for care, rude patients who put on a show are passed in front of the line without any justification.
The doctor who performed my examination treated me extremely rudely. She touched me so rudely that I was in pain for days, it really hurt me. He shook me and yelled "move, move" as if it was my fault that something wasn't working. Without my asking, she gruffly and ironically issued my diagnosis without being questioned. That wasn't the time, I wasn't prepared to listen and it caused me extreme anxiety, causing me discomfort. I didn't expect to receive a diagnosis at that moment, after all that wasn't her role, she should just take the exam. She didn't even prepare me, she just threw up the diagnosis all over me.

Serviço de pessima qualidade e não cumprem com os horários marcados. Horas esperando e nada do exame acontecer.
Sejam mais prestativos e aprendam a usar agenda URGENTE!
I do not recommend!
Poor quality service and they don't keep to appointments. Hours of waiting and nothing from the exam happening.
Be more helpful and learn to use the URGENT agenda!

Falta de respeito total! Não temos o dia a disposição para fazer um exame mas não respeitam nem um pouco o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, na recepção péssima, no atendimento médico além da demora fui muito mal diagnóstica. Você entrará na clínica pesando que têm pouco paciente, mas na verdade lá dentro próximo o consultório está lotado de paciente .

Excellent service, I'm a former patient in the laboratory and I'm always super well attended, I would like to leave a special compliment to FABIANA who took a very delicate exam, and was super professional and attentive to me and my daughter!
