★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 3 estrela no laboratório da da ilha fui muito bem atendida mas pra fazer um exame domiciliar péssimo não vinheram no dia marcado e minha mãe que idosa com mas de 70 anos ficou em jejum e nem siquer me deram uma satisfação falo pelo ZAP e ninguém responde e nem mesmo vizualiza ?
 I will give 3 stars in the laboratory of the island I was very well attended but to do a terrible home exam they did not come on the scheduled day and my mother, who was over 70 years old, fasted and didn't even give me a satisfaction I speak for ZAP and nobody responds and doesn't even visualize ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegarem os idosos e outras pessoas, é obrigatório pegar uma senha, o que teoricamente aparenta um senso de justiça óbvio. Entretanto grupos de jovens bastante fortes e de aparência saudável, não precisam de fila ou senha. Sendo estes clientes preferenciais atendidos em tempo record.
Os demais que fazem exames por solicitação médica e cujos exames tem uma janela temporal estreita, ficam aguardando por mais de duas horas. Está nítido o convênio ganancioso com uma empresa admissional. Seria muito i.portante uma verificação séria por parte de órgãos sérios de saude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fui com um exame original, mas assinado de caneta preta, não quiseram nem enviar a Assim. Fui com um pedido escaneado, em caneta azul, disseram ter falado com a Assim e a mesma não estava aceitando desta forma. Não se prestam ao serviço de tentar ajudar a pessoa, não pedi que se burle nenhuma regra. Já em outra clínica, olha o milagre, a Assim aceitou. Eu presumo que a Assim da Labormed é uma e a da outra clínica é outra. Na verdade, o problema está em quem atende. São péssimas! Se eu fosse o chefe, mandava todo mundo embora e formava uma equipe do zero, com pessoas mais prestativas.

They don't lend themselves to trying to help the person, I didn't ask for any rules to be broken. In another clinic, look at the miracle, Assim accepted it. I presume that Assim da Labormed is one and that of the other clinic is another. In fact, the problem lies in whoever answers. They suck! If I were the boss, I would send everyone away and form a team from scratch, with more helpful people.

A bióloga Cristiane que colheu o sangue, é extremamente amável, educada, paciente, admirável, tudo de bom! Gosto muito do laboratório é uma pena que não poderei ir mais, porque vou precisar trocar de plano e não aceitam o Notre Dame Intermédica.

The people who attended us were extremely polite, from reception to collection and everything was very clean. The biologist Cristiane who took the blood is extremely kind, polite, patient, admirable, all the best! I really like the laboratory, it's a shame I won't be able to go anymore, because I'll need to change plans and they don't accept Notre Dame Intermédica.
