â â â â â Bom dia. O site do laboratĂłrio informa aos clientes que o estabelecimento abre Ă s 6 horas da manhĂŁ. Cheguei hoje Ă filial da Rua Vicente Leite no horĂĄrio informado e depois de 10 minutos de espera ele continuava fechado. Telefonei para o laboratĂłrio e fui informado entĂŁo que Vcs mudaram o horĂĄrio de abertura para Ă s 6h30!!! Ok! Mas que tal informar isso aos clientes, e atualizar as informaçÔes do site?
Good Morning. The laboratory's website informs customers that the establishment opens at 6 am. Today I arrived at the Vicente Leite branch at the informed time and after 10 minutes of waiting it was still closed. I called the lab and was then informed that you changed the opening hours to 6:30 am !!! OK! But how about informing that to customers, and updating the information on the site?
