★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costuma demorar de 1 a 2 horas para fazer retirada alem da distribuição de senha ser fora de ordem. Se for fazer retirada va com paciência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carvão vegetal ativado dessa empresa através de um revendedor no mercado livre, produto anunciado com alto grau de pureza e laudo,ao receber o produto não veio o laudo e nem havia a composição na embalagem, solicitei ao vendedor que disse não saber e que só o laboratório poderia me fornecer,entrei em contato com o laboratório que me disse que também não pode me fornecer pois não foi eles que me venderam,estou pasma e indiguinada,como pode uma empresa se recusar a fornecer a composição de um produto que se ela não vende diretamente,ela sabe que outras pessoas vendem...agora estou com 2kgs de carvão perdido pq como vou confiar em usar um produto que seu próprio fabricante se recusa a fornecer a composição?O que tem de errado com esse produto?Por que tratar um cliente dessa forma? pq te falo um sarcasmo,um menosprezo que chega a impressionar!!!
I bought an activated charcoal from this company through a retailer in the open market, a product advertised with a high degree of purity and a report, when I received the product, the report did not come and there was no composition on the packaging, I asked the seller who said he did not know and that only the laboratory could supply me, I contacted the laboratory who told me they cannot supply me either because they didn't sell it to me, I'm amazed and indistinguishable, how can a company refuse to supply the composition of a product that is she doesn't sell directly,she knows other people sell...now i have 2kgs of wasted charcoal cuz how am i going to trust a product that its own manufacturer refuses to provide the makeup? What's wrong with this product? to treat a customer that way? because I tell you a sarcasm, a slight that comes to impress!!!
