★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, telefone não atende, além de os resultados saírem em partes não entendo como sai um resultado e o restante esquecem de fazer e sai depois de dois dias... Devolvem o sangue seria isso para o laboratório! Só Jesus Cristo.
Resultados errado assim tive que refazer os exames em outro laboratório pois o lacre de Manaíra, não tem organização, não sabe quais os exames, não atende

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, na primeira vez que me utilizei dos serviços desse laboratório, em tempos de pandemia pelo C-19, não recebi o protocolo para acesso remoto, não atendem ao telefone, quando a chamada se estabelece, desligam de imediato. Lamentável descaso e desorganização da empresa com o cliente, não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Minha esposa compareceu ao Lacle Manaíra, dia 02/02/2021, a fim de colher material para PCR/ Covid. Poucos atendentes e mau atendimento. Resultado prometido para 08/08/2021. Hoje, dia 10/10/2021, ainda não ficou pronto. Precisávamos do resultado como exigência para uma pequena cirurgia. Nunca mais voltaremos a utilizar os serviços desse Laboratório.
Terrible. My wife attended Lacle Manaíra, 02/02/2021, in order to collect material for PCR / Covid. Few attendants and poor service. Result promised for 08/08/2021. Today, 10/10/2021, it is not yet ready. We needed the result as a requirement for minor surgery. We will never again use the services of that Laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, minha esposa fez um exame PARTICULAR para o COVID que não saiu no dia prometido, passou 2 dias tentando entrar em contato telefônico, coisa que foi muito difícil pois os funcionários foram extremamente mal educados, coisas de desligarem o telefone na cara dela a colocá-la na espera dizendo estar procurando o resultado sem nem ao menos ter procurado saber o nome dela. Tem muitos laboratórios melhores em João Pessoa, FUJAM DESSE!
P.S.: ainda não sabemos do resultado!
Terribly, my wife did a PRIVATE exam for COVID that didn't come out on the promised day, spent 2 days trying to get in touch by phone, which was very difficult because the employees were extremely rude, things like hanging up on her her in the waiting saying that she was looking for the result without even having tried to know her name. There are many better laboratories in João Pessoa, FUJAM FROM THIS!
P.S .: we still don't know the result!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei fazer o PCR COVID para viajar e fui muito bem atendida por telefone e no laboratório. Mostrei a passagem aérea, e garantiram que eu receberia o resultado até o meio-dia do dia seguinte. Até me assustei ao checar o status no dia do exame, à noite, e constava "Reprocessar", então mandei um whatsapp perguntando se havia algum problema, e eles responderam logo nos primeiros minutos assim que o laboratório abriu (que o resultado estava aguardando liberação). 24 horas após a realização do exame, o resultado estava disponível. Recomendo o LACLE. Obrigada.
I needed to do the COVID PCR to travel and I was very well assisted by phone and in the laboratory. I showed the airline ticket, and they assured me that I would receive the result by noon the next day. I even got scared when I checked the status on the day of the exam, at night, and it said "Reprocess", so I sent a whatsapp asking if there was any problem, and they replied in the first few minutes as soon as the laboratory opened (that the result was awaiting release ). 24 hours after the exam, the result was available. I recommend LACLE. Thanks.
