★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive pessoalmente no laboratório dia 22/12 para pegar umas informações. Fui informada que abriria no sábado até 11h. Hoje antes de sair verifiquei na internet já informava que estava aberto, pois estava levando uma pessoa de usada avançada para fazer exames. Chegamos no laboratório estava fechado.
Quando não se tem condições de manter o site atualizado não divulga, presta pelo manos esse serviço aos clientes e também esclarece as atendentes para não dar informações erradas é o mínimo numa prestação de serviço de saúde.
I was personally in the laboratory on 12/22 to get some information. I was told it would open on Saturday until 11am. Today before leaving I checked on the internet already informed that it was open, because I was taking a person of advanced used to do exams. We arrived at the laboratory it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o laboratório,nunca havia ido lá ,as recepcionistas são muito amáveis e prestativas,já na coleta as meninas são muito competentes e experientes em coletas infantis e veias difíceis,com relação a copa fiquei maravilhada , ótimo café e atendimento exemplar , parabéns a toda equipe HEMATO, principalmente TAMBAUZINHO.
I loved the laboratory, I had never been there, the receptionists are very kind and helpful, in the collection the girls are very competent and experienced in children's collections and difficult veins, regarding the cup I was amazed, great coffee and exemplary service, congratulations to all HEMATO team, mainly TAMBAUZINHO.
