Foi minha primeira vez no Laboratorio e estou muito agradecida por tudo. Atendimento e estrutura excelentes. Ao fazer o exame, após ter passado pela recepçao, logo é chamado, tem respeito com o cliente. Precisava fazer um exame de urgencia, eles se proporam a fazer, entregaram antes do prazo e ainda ligaram para avisar. Realmente, percebo que ainda existem empresas que se preocupam com atendimento eficiente e de qualidade e que demostram respeito com o cliente.
I would like to leave my comment and say that Laclin / Vila is to be congratulated, excellent service, helpful and very friendly staff. It was my first time at the Laboratory and I am very grateful for everything. Excellent service and structure. When taking the exam, after having passed the reception, is soon called, has respect with the client. He needed to get an emergency checkup, they proposed to do it, delivered ahead of time, and even called to let me know. Really, I realize that there are still companies that care about efficient and quality service and that show respect for the customer.
