★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Fred tem 5 meses, e desde os 50 dias dele fazem a tosa higiênica dele no meu colo, foi o único pet shop que encontrei que faz essa tosa no colo. E hoje foi o primeiro banho dele, após ser liberado pelo veterinário. Excelente! As meninas são muito carinhosa. Obrigada lad's pet.
My Fred is 5 months old, and since his 50 days they have been grooming him hygienically on my lap, it was the only pet shop I found that does this grooming on my lap. And today was his first bath, after being released by the vet. Great! Girls are very affectionate. Thank you lad's pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira ligação a atendente foi super educada e prestativa. Liguei depois para efetuar a compra E NUNCA MAIS ME ATENDERAM. Liguei mais de 15 vezes nos dois telefones. Não entendi nada. E o melhor, consegui que ela atendesse uma ligação e falou para mim que a ligação estava ruim e que era para eu ligar de novo, e NÃO ME ATENDEU MAIS. QUE PIADA!!!
On the first call, the attendant was super polite and helpful. I called later to make the purchase and they never answered me again. I called more than 15 times on both phones. I understood nothing. And the best part, I got her to answer a call and she told me that the call was bad and that I had to call again, and she DID NOT ANSWER ME AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE!!!
