 IT WAS GOOD WHEN I WAS IN THE WOODS AND SEE A SNAKE ON TOP OF THE TREE THERE I ASKED TO DO SOMETHING IN THE WOODS AND UNTIL THE END CAME THE ALLOTMENT THAT NOW IS THE LAGOA PARK VERY WELL.

We visited the space, were attended by an employee, informing us that there was no broker at the moment. He took our number, said they'd be in touch. It's been a week today and no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom né,mas o que deixar triste o valor por ano que aumenta os 600 reais só de aumento,as pessoas recebe o salário só pra pagar o lote deveria ter piedade dos compradores e tentar pra melhorar no final das contas iremos pagar os 2 lotes ou mas,lugar maravilhoso de se viver mas o aumento absurdo.
Well, right, but what makes sad the value per year that increases the 600 reais just for the increase, people receive the salary just to pay the lot should have mercy on the buyers and try to improve in the end we will pay the 2 lots or but, wonderful place to live but the absurd increase.

The residential Lagoa Park neighborhood is increasingly full of beautiful houses and townhouses, a safe residential neighborhood for you and your family, calm and tranquility you will find here. Free of shops and bars with loud music, totally residential. I've lived for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about.
