e tbm a loja tem umas regras.... prazo para TROcA curto demais!! Inclusive devido a regras da pandemia!
Acho que deveriam analisar o histórico do cliente... no caso de fazer trocas de presente o prazo teria que ser 30 dias..pq as vezes as clientes não tem tempo hábil pra esse prazo! 7 DIAS!
Fiquei decepcionada ..pois hj as roupas estão caricimas e não podemos ter prejuízo!!

For me the store sucks! And the quality of the clothes are bad!! A blouse I picked up seemed to be washed already!
And the store also has some rules... deadline for EXCHANGE is too short!! Including due to pandemic rules!
I think they should analyze the client's history... in the case of gift exchanges, the period would have to be 30 days... because sometimes clients don't have enough time for this period! 7 DAYS!
I was disappointed ..because today the clothes are carefree and we can't lose!!
DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STORE!

Primeiro a demora pelo atendimento, entendo que se é um dia movimentado deveria ser organizado para darem conta da demanda, tanto no presencial, quanto no WhatsApp. E segundo, que agora após a minha compra, verifiquei que o intuito da “promoção” era dar um determinado desconto nas compras via dinheiro ou pix. De acordo com a publicação o valor no dinheiro e pix era X e deveriam ser aplicado o desconto nesse valor. Mas não, pegaram o valor a prazo que por sinal era maior, e só assim colocaram o desconto.
Me senti lesada, e mais um motivos para infelizmente não retornar a loja…
The quality of the clothes are wonderful, but very disappointed with the service. First, the delay in service, I understand that if it is a busy day, it should be organized to handle the demand, both in person and on WhatsApp. And second, that now after my purchase, I found that the purpose of the “promotion” was to give a certain discount on purchases via cash or pix. According to the publication the value in money and pix was X and the discount should be applied to that value. But no, they took the term value, which by the way was higher, and only then put the discount.
I felt wronged, and one more reason to unfortunately not return to the store…
