Comprei um jogo de estofado que naum foi barato . em fevereiro quando foi em abril ele estava afundado, e desde esta epoca falo com a atendente Tamiris que promete mandar alguem pra resolver e ate agora, e olha que estamos em novembro, nada resolvido.
Parece que o unico jeito e ir no PROCON.

Porém nao cumprem com o combinado, me atrasaram na entrega, atrasaram tanto que só faltava 1 cheque para cair , QUANDOOO entregaram não era o vidro que pedi me disseram que trocaria o vidro assim que eu mudasse, mudei e ate hoje nada.. nem montaram a mesa e nem trocaram o vidro que na verdade é só por o insul filme. Quer pagar mais barato, vai no shopping dos estofados mas nao pode de jeito nenhum ter pressa e ter muiiita paciencia, se voce tem tudo isso ok, se nao nem compra lá !

Pós venda não emitem nota fiscal , talvez implorando emitiriam, não quis forçar, daí a gente vê o nível da empresa....não compro mais nada nesse lugar.
E ainda o dono ficou nervosinho quando liguei solicitando a nota...
Nem vou perder meu tempo denunciando no Procon...o tempo vai mostrar que dessa maneira a empresa nunca será uma empresa séria...

Na hora eles fechou a venda depois que assinei me falaram q n faz o tamanho q eu quero e me deram uma poltrona para ficar com um sofá d 2 metro e 50 centímetros . Demou 1 mês e 15 dias. Quando o sofá chegou chegou outro sofá inferior e mais barato do q o meu. E me falaram que em 12 dias chegava o meu sofá . Meu sofa chegou depois d 2 meses . E chegou no tamanho errado . Com 2 metro e 42 centímetros. Liguei eles foram sem educação comigo e falou se eu devolvesse o sofá eles n ia devolver meu dinheiro. Essa loja falta muito com respeito com o cliente . E n me mandaram as as almofadas e o porta copo q prometeram. Cuidado porque eles dão 30 dias para chegar o sofá. O meu chegou depois d 60 dias porque eu fiquei em cima e falei que ia cancelar
