Paguei pelo tempo gasto e não obtive o que tinha ido fazer, fui penalizado por algo que não tive nenhuma responsabilidade e como cliente pagante esperava um atendimento melhor.
The energy ran out, I lost everything I was doing, but time kept counting, I asked for another half hour to redo it and they answered me with disdain. I paid for the time spent and did not get what I had gone to do, I was penalized for something I had no responsibility for and as a paying customer I expected better service.
