★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo, indico, oriento... caro amigo se você está na Baixada Fluminense ou adjacências, ou ainda de passagem pela Rodovia Presidente de Dutra, procurando um local para desamassar, pintar ou polir seu carro pode chegar nesta oficina. “Profissionais” de outra oficina fizeram um péssimo trabalho no meu carro, ficou horrível, muito mal feito, não precisava ser um engenheiro para entender o estrago, o carro ficou todo torto e desalinhado, eu estava até querendo vende-lo por conta disso. Mas encontrei essa oficina e entreguei meu carro ao Beto e a D. Valquíria, e o carro realmente ficou uma joia, perfeito do jeito que eu queria. Inclusive eu fiz mais do que precisava porque o pagamento foi facilitado.
Tudo é conversado e esclarecido na primeira visita, a forma de pagamento, o material que será usado, o prazos, enfim todo detalhamento do serviço a ser feito. A empresa é familiar, aqui tem atendimento, profissionalismo e simpatia.
I recommend, indicate, guide ... dear friend if you are in Baixada Fluminense or surroundings, or even passing through the Presidente de Dutra Highway, looking for a place to dent, paint or polish your car can arrive at this workshop. "Professionals" from another workshop did a terrible job on my car, it was horrible, very poorly done, it didn't have to be an engineer to understand the damage, the car was all crooked and out of alignment, I was even trying to sell it because of that. But I found this workshop and gave my car to Beto and D. Valquíria, and the car really became a jewel, perfect the way I wanted it. I even did more than I needed because the payment was made easier.
Everything is discussed and clarified on the first visit, the form of payment, the material to be used, the deadlines, in short, all the details of the service to be done. The company is family owned, here it has service, professionalism and friendliness.

Perto de onde onde moro tem várias oficinas de pintura, porém eu quiz fazer com um profissional um pouco mais longe e que não me conhecesse...
Entrei no google e comecei minha busca... encontrei a oficina do Sr.Humberto, onde todos deram notas muito boas em relação ao seu trabalho, e eu dou muita importância a esses comentários...
Acho que dei azar... acertamos o preço, que inclusive ficava mais caro do que próximo a mim, más, sem problema, eu estava em busca de um serviço de qualidade... Dexei o carro durante 10 dias, prazo de entrega previsto e entregue em dez dias. Ele disse que estava pronto, então levei o carro, ao chegar em casa percebi várias falhas na pintura... não acredito que fora ele que trabalhou no carro, pois estava com muitas
falhas, desde a pintura ao polimento. Falei com ele e retornei com o carro, que ficou mais 03 dias p corrigir as falhas que apontei... Fui pegar o carro novamente... quando foi me mostrar um reparo na porta traseira que eu havia pedido a porta não abria de jeito nenhum... força daqui, força dali, a porta abriu, más levou a pingadeira (borracha superior da porta) junto. colocou algumas presilhas velhas, más não ficou mais no lugar, conclusão: tive que comprar uma pingadeira nova, alem de alguns defeitos ainda visíveis na pintura. O carro tinha pó por todos os cantos, (pó de Lixa), muito sujo. uma experiência terrível.

I think I was unlucky... we agreed the price, which was even more expensive than next to me, but no problem, I was looking for a quality service... I left the car for 10 days, expected delivery time and delivered in ten days. He said he was ready, so I took the car, when I got home I noticed several flaws in the paint... I don't believe he was the one who worked on the car, because he had many
flaws, from painting to polishing. I spoke to him and returned with the car, which stayed another 03 days to correct the flaws I pointed out... I went to get the car again... when he showed me a repair on the rear door that I had asked for, the door wouldn't open at all. none... strength from here, strength from there, the door opened, but it took the drip pan (top rubber of the door) with it. I put some old clips, but they didn't stay in place anymore, conclusion: I had to buy a new drip tray, besides some still visible defects in the paintwork. The car had dust all over the place, (Sandpaper dust), very dirty. a terrible experience.
