★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confiabilidade zero. Laudo completamente incorreto. Fiz uma polissonografia e além do atraso no resultado para minha surpresa o laudo não está correto. Eles não trocaram o meu laudo com outro paciente (eu chequei), simplesmente fizeram o mais fácil: dizer que quem não dorme não dorme porque tem apnéia e ronca. Acontece que eu nunca ronquei (sou casada, meu marido saberia), não tenho apnéia (nunca tive), mas tenho sim bruxismo, apertamento e pesadelos, que me levam a acordar com taquicardia. O laudo? Apnéia e ronco! Perdi meu dinheiro e noite pra ganhar um laudo pré-fabricado.
Zero reliability. Report completely incorrect. I did a polysomnography and besides the delay in the result to my surprise the report is not correct. They did not exchange my report with another patient (I checked), they simply did the easiest: to say that those who do not sleep do not sleep because they have apnea and snoring. I happen to never snore (I'm married, my husband would know), I don't have apnea (never had), but I do have bruxism, tightness and nightmares, which lead me to wake up with tachycardia. The report? Apnea and snoring! I lost my money and night to earn a canned report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter uma polissonografia marcada para o dia 25/09 (hoje), e confirmada através de e-mail, ao chegar lá não tinham sequer o meu nome, e a atendente sugeriu que eu esperasse para ver se uma paciente marcada faltaria, para eu ser "encaixada" no lugar dela. Péssimo atendimento. Incompetência. Falta de profissionalismo. Incapacidade profissional total. Essa gente ainda teve o desplante de tentar me desacreditar junto ao plano de saúde. São de procedimento inqualificável.
Despite having a polysomnography scheduled for 09/25 (today), and confirmed by e-mail, when I got there they didn't even have my name, and the attendant suggested that I wait to see if a scheduled patient would be missing, to me being "fitted" in her place. Terrible attendance. Incompetence. Lack of professionalism. Total professional incapacity. These people still had the nerve to try to discredit me with the health plan. They are of unqualified procedure.

Nobody attends the clinic. I took the exam on April 14th, today it is May 10th. No one returns me. I called a thousand times. I missed my doctor's appointments. I am going today personally. Poor post-realization service.
