★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço ótimo até que dê algum problema em alguma instalação. Ocorreu um problema em uma pia feita por eles após a garantia e pediram 150 reais e 30 dias para efetuar o reparo, porém não há a possibilidade de deixar um apartamento por 30 dias sem pia.
Fizemos e aprovamos um orçamento de quase 20 vezes o valor do reparo, e concordamos em aguardar 30, 60 ou um milhão de dias para os novos serviços, condicionado apenas a uma exceção no reparo da pia (Apenas colagem) o fazendo mais rapido.
Disseram pra mim que não podiam fazer, minha sogra, a contratante entrou em contato e a ela disseram que até o dia seguinte responderiam sobre uma possivel exceção, faz cerca de 15 dias.
É bom para ter uma noção do pós venda e da venda secundária deles, perderam um serviço de mais de dois mil reais por não fazer o minimo esforço em reparar algo que, por opiniões de diversos conhecidos da construção civil, não poderia ter acontecido em hipotese nenhuma.
