-Atrasou a entrega da minha pia em mais de um mês, a desculpa era que estavam em obra.
-Fiz varias soleiras e quase todas vieram com medida errada, fiz trocar tudo.
-Acabamento de péssima qualidade, vejam as fotos.
 I don't recommend it at all.
-Delivered the delivery of my sink in more than a month, the excuse was that they were under construction.
-I made several thresholds and almost all came with the wrong measurement, I changed everything.
-Poor quality finish, see the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Aluguei um apto em que o antigo morador contratou o serviço deles e deixou pago. Desde o dia 27/11 eu comecei a entrar em contato para marcar um dia em que ele pudessem ir até o apto tirar as medidas. Por duas ou três vezes tive que pedir para terceiros esperar na residência a visita deles, todos os sábados existia uma desculpa diferente. Foi então que a atendente Graziela se COMPROMETEU que no dia 03/01 iria medir e entregar dia 05/01, SEM FALTA! Isso não aconteceu, todos os sábados diziam que os funcionários estavam na obra e que nao poderiam ir, queriam ir sempre na segunda e eu informava que não tinha ninguém no local e que também nao confiava em deixá-los sozinhos porque o descaso era tão grande que nao confiava que o serviço seria bem feito sem ninguem estar de olho. Ficávamos esperando, não podíamos resolver nada esperando por eles e o detalhe foi que eu disse para ela que não me mudei porque precisava da pedra do cooktop. Logo, ela não levou isso em consideração. Até o dia em que a sócia falou comigo e se COMPROMETEU a entregar no dia 18/01 às 10 hrs, quase neste horário me mandaram msg dizendo que iria as 14 hrs e nao deu justificativa alguma. Estou esperando para ver quando enfim meu problema será resolvido, não recomendo a ninguém!!!!!!! A não ser que queira passar dor de cabeça como estamos passando.
Terrible attendance! I rented an apartment in which the former resident hired their service and paid for it. Since 11/27 I started to get in touch to arrange a day when they could go to the apartment to take the measurements. Two or three times I had to ask others to wait at their residence for their visit, every Saturday there was a different excuse. It was then that the attendant Graziela UNDERTAKED that on the 03/01 she would measure and deliver on the 05/01, NO FAILURE! This did not happen, every Saturday they said that the employees were at the construction site and could not go, they always wanted to go on Monday and I informed them that there was no one on site and that I also did not trust leaving them alone because the neglect was so great who didn't trust that the job would be done well without anyone watching. We kept waiting, we couldn't solve anything by waiting for them and the detail was that I told her that I didn't move because I needed the stone for the cooktop. So she didn't take it into account. Until the day the partner spoke to me and UNDERTAKED to deliver on January 18 at 10 am, almost at this time they sent me a msg saying that she would go at 2 pm and she didn't give any justification. I'm waiting to see when my problem will finally be resolved, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!! Unless you want to go through a headache like we're going through.

Não indico essa marmoraria a ninguém, não tem comprometimento, marcou de fazer uma instalação em casa e nunca apareceu, liga pra ele não te responde, fui até a marmoraria disse que instalaria na semana seguinte, pra variar não apareceu, sem comprometimento algum, péssimo em atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca comprei nessa marmoraria, meu cunhado já fez uma pia com eles aí mi indicou eles. Passei o contato pra minha esposa ela entrou em Contato com eles. Eles marcaram a data tudo certinho, ficamos esperando eles e não apareceu ninguém e nem deram uma satisfação até hoje. Mais tudo bem!
Não indico a ninguém, e já contratamos o serviço de outra marmoraria.
I never bought it in this marble shop, my brother-in-law has already made a sink with them. I passed the contact on to my wife she got in touch with them. They set the date all right, we were waiting for them and no one came and they didn't even give a satisfaction until today. But that's okay!
I don't recommend it to anyone, and we have already hired another marble company.

Fiz uma compra de roda base para o armário da pia e aí começou a novela. Quando vieram instalar mediram errado, teminou de instalar nao fizeram o acabamento tive que solicitar, dia seguinte, pedra rachada, pedi para trocar e sempre enrolando para vir resolver fiquei 1 mês e meio pedindo e até essa publicação nada de resolver, ainda falava que o funcionário sumiu por isso que nao tinha ido pois estava sozinho, mas quando meu marido foi lá estava fazendo instalação . Ah e nao foi só comigo minha vizinha também teve problemas. O erro foi fazer algum projeto com ele.
Never buy from this store.
I bought a base wheel for the sink cabinet and that's when the soap opera began. When they came to install they measured wrong, they finished installing they didn't do the finishing I had to request it, the next day, the stone was cracked, I asked for it to be exchanged and always rolling to come solve it, I stayed for 1 and a half month asking and until this publication nothing was resolved, it still said that the employee disappeared that's why he hadn't gone because he was alone, but when my husband went there he was doing the installation. Oh and it wasn't just me, my neighbor had problems too. The mistake was doing some project with it.
