★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário, pra fazer uma visita em um imóvel para locação, porém ao ligar para a imobiliária a mesma atendeu, disse não ter localizado meu cadastro e desligou o telefone na minha cara, após eu ligar, desligou mais uma vez e nao atendeu mais. Total descaso.

Péssimo atendimento do setor de locação, nunca retornam email, descaso TOTAL com o cliente. O contrato de locação é feito pra punir o locatário e isentar a imobiliária de qualquer coisa. Suporte ZERO pro cliente. Na vistoria de entrega do imóvel os vistoriadores ficam cassando defeitos e exigindo que o locatário façam reparos/melhorias que não é da responsabilidade dos mesmo. LAR IMÓVEIS NUNCA MAIS. PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um absurdo. Não alugue imóveis neste local se não quiser se arrepender de todo tempo que passou na casa. A vistoria inicial é diferente da vistoria final, eles vão negativar várias situações que não foram constadas na vistoria inicial e você vai sair muito pobre desta situação. Principalmente se aceitar os orçamentos de reparo vindo por eles, serviço péssimo, caro e eles não informam qual a empresa que preta serviço, parece ser superfaturado. Ou seja, separe muito dinheiro para sua saída pois mesmo que pense que deixou o apartamento até em melhores condições, eles vão te arrancar muuuito dinheiro. Você pode optar pelo processo, mas acho que gasta mais. rs Uma verdadeira máfia. A própria nota no Google já diz muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com o cliente, eu estava em processo de locação, ficha aprovada, porém deram prioridade para outro cliente, e o pior, não deram satisfação, não ligaram dando o retorno, pediram apra aguardar, e estou aguardando até hoje, ligo para ter um retorno quando digo meu nome o telefone é desligado na minha cara, e a corretora não responde via Whatssap e não atende minhas ligações. Só precisava de um retorno para dar sequencia em outro imóvel, pois até então estava tudo certo, inclusive com o proprietário.
Atendimento lamentável, se forem locar passem longe da Lar Imóveis.

Porque para aguentar Lar Imóveis alem do fiador, tem que ter check up medico em dia! Meus amigos, sério de coração não fechem contrato com essa empresa. liguei por volta de 8h30 pra visitar um imóvel, ja se recusaram a me passar o endereço para eu fazer uma simples pesquisa de localização no google. Ou seja, se o imóvel fosse na favela, ou coisa parecida, ou se eu quisesse saber se bate sol de manha ou a tarde, eu só poderia descobrir na hora! Aí precisei ligar pra uma outra unidade pra ter acesso a informação necessária.
Fui agendado pra 14h pq o imóvel teria 4 visitas anteriormente. Entrei em contato novamente por volta de meio dia pra saber se tinha alguém se interessado pra eu não perder meu tempo com a visita, mesmo assim eles mandaram eu ir.
Pegaram todos os meus dados, cheguei la por volta do horário combinado, a chave tinha atrasado e ainda tinha mais gente pra ver o imóvel e tinha q ser junto comigo.
Evidente que se eu ja tinha perdido meu tempo indo até la, não ia insistir nessa né?
Pra quem gosta de disputa de quem preenche mais rápido a ficha de cadastro, ta disposto a viver uma aventura, e ta com tempo sobrando, pra ir ficar passeando e visitando imóvel à toa, esse é o lugar!
Real waste of time!
I called around 8:30 am to visit a property, they already refused to give me the address so I could do a simple location search on google. That is, if the property was in the favela, or something similar, or if I wanted to know if it was sunny in the morning or in the afternoon, I could only find out right away! Then I had to call another unit to have access to the necessary information.
I was scheduled for 2 pm because the property would have 4 visits previously. I got in touch again around noon to see if anyone was interested so I wouldn't waste my time with the visit, even so they told me to go.
They took all my data, I got there around the agreed time, the key was late and there were still more people to see the property and it had to be with me.
Evidently, if I had already wasted my time going there, I wouldn't insist on it, right?
For those who like to compete for who fills out the registration form faster, are willing to live an adventure, and have time to spare, to walk around and visit a property for nothing, this is the place!
