Acionei o Procon e juntos estamos lutando pela resolução do problema. A vontade que tenho é de levar a geladeira até a loja e chamar a polícia pra vcs. Mas quero resolver da maneira mais pacífica possível. Jamais entrarei nessa loja para comprar nem que seja uma agulha. Me senti totalmente lesada. Decepcionante! Repugnante! Descaso Total! Empatia 0

I regret until today that I bought my fridge with you guys. It looks like a "pig"! I was treated with total neglect when I asked the manager for money back. I called Procon and together we are fighting to solve the problem. My desire is to take the refrigerator to the store and call the police for you. But I want to resolve it in the most peaceful way possible. I will never enter this store to buy even a needle. I felt totally injured. Disappointing! Disgusting! Total neglect! Empathy 0
