Comprei um ventilador na quinta-feira 15/04, ao retirar da caixa estava todo quebrado (Pé, encaixe da frente, entre outra peças danificadas), no sábado dia 17/04, fui na loja, porém, devido ao Lockdown a loja estava fechada. Fui hoje dia 20/04 para solicitar a troca e a loja não trocou me informando que eu só tinha 48 horas de prazo para a troca.. Um ABSURDO, POIS TENTEI TROCAR NO PRAZO. NUNCA MAIS COMPRA NADA NESSA LOJA

I bought a fan on Thursday 04/15, when removing the box it was all broken (Foot, front fitting, among other damaged parts), on Saturday 04/17, I went to the store, however, due to the Lockdown the store was closed. I went today 04/20 to request the exchange and the store did not exchange informing me that I only had a 48-hour deadline for the exchange. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE
