E quando vocês ligam para reclamar eles fazem de conta que não tem ninguém na linha. O descaso é grande com o cliente.
Deserves 0 stars. The worst shop in Joao Pessoa. They sell the product and the product takes too long to arrive, it takes over a month.
And when you call to complain they pretend there's no one on the line. The neglect is great with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da loja, comprei duas camas e um guarda roupa até agora não entregaram a cama box. E o guarda roupa veio faltando algumas cantoneira das gavetas e os furos errados não encaixam direito, e não tem como vc explicar vou pro PROCON.
Did not like the store, bought two beds and a wardrobe so far have not delivered the litter box. And the wardrobe came missing some corner of the drawers and the wrong holes do not fit right, and there is no way you can explain I'm going to PROCON.

Porque incluiram no valor do produto so descobrir quando paguei e é porque avisei que nao queria comprar seguro! Mesmo assim a vendedora sem etica disse que nao tinha incluido..depois quando descobrir e ainda ela foi estupida e rezem pro meu produto nao quebrar porque se nao trocarem ...vou mais nem me estressar com os indivíduos que me fizeram de idiota...e se precisar irei ao procom imediatamente! Vou la me contrariar com gente desonesta que nao respeita os direitos fo consumidor! Pior experiancia da minhA vida!

Entrando na loja a vendendora que me abordou foi total sem ética e arrogante.
Estava a procura de um berço,então a vendendora me disse que só tinha um no fundo da loja e,o mesmo estava quebrado.
Me digam quem vai ao shopping comprar algo quebrado no dia das grandes ofertas?
Falta atenção ao cliente!

I was looking for a crib, so the seller told me that there was only one in the back of the store and it was broken.
Tell me who goes to the mall to buy something broken on big deal day?
