★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível conseguir marcar ou remarcar um horário, liguei diversas vezes no telefone fixo e no celular e não atendem por nada. A gente manda mensagem pelo whats e tbm não respondem. Estou bem insatisfeita com o atendimento, mta falta de respeito com o cliente no pós venda.
 Impossible to make an appointment or reschedule, I called several times on the landline and cell phone and they didn't answer for anything. We send a message by whats and they also don't respond. I am very dissatisfied with the service, a lot of lack of respect for the customer after the sale.

Nem ia reclamar mas me mandam promoções incessantemente via WhatsApp e quando eu resolvi dar o meu feedback me mandaram outra mensagem automática oferecendo serviços e finalmente bloquearam meu número, sinceramente, que experiência desgastante pois quando não tive o resultado desejado me pediram para enviar fotos via WhatsApp. Imagina você fazendo um tratamento de depilação a laser na virilha, mandar fotos via WhatsApp????? E a LGPD fica Como? Decepcionante!
Terrible experience, I did not have the promised results in addition to the service being extremely strange, every hour a different phone number. I wasn't even going to complain but they send me promotions incessantly via WhatsApp and when I decided to give my feedback they sent me another automatic message offering services and finally they blocked my number, honestly, what an exhausting experience because when I didn't have the desired result they asked me to send photos via WhatsApp . Imagine you doing a groin laser waxing treatment, sending photos via WhatsApp????? And the LGPD is How? Disappointing!

Don't do it, it's just anger! To book a session you almost have to humiliate yourself! and results that's good yet nothing! Delays of more than 2 hours! It's chaos! Don't spend your money on this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com as profissionais do laser é perfeito, mas as atendentes são desrespeitosas, desorganizadas, o contato por telefone é impossível, ninguém atende! E quando você consegue ser no agendada é atendida com mais de 1h de atraso! Total descaso com a rotina do cliente!
With laser professionals it's perfect, but the attendants are disrespectful, disorganized, contact by phone is impossible, no one answers! And when you manage to be on schedule, you are attended more than 1 hour late! Total disregard for the customer's routine!

Não indico de jeito nenhum, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro, preferia não ter feito pq agora ta horrivel já que caiu um pouquinho dos pelos, nao da pra ficar sem depilar.
Eles não querem manter as clientes, ja que quando vc termina de pagar a comunicação fica muito dificil, entao pra vc fazer a sessão é quase impossivel, só ligam pro dinheiro mesmo.
nota 0, não queria dar nem 1 estrela pq é muito, viu.

O agendamento é realizado, porém não confirmam e ao entrarmos em contato para confirmação voluntária, dizem não ter nada agendado. Ou seja, estão preocupados em vendas e não em satisfazer clientes já em tratamento.
Atendentes super desatenciosas. Decepção total.

No entanto, a recepção é extremamente ineficiente! Tento entrar em contato via WhatsApp ou pelo telefone fixo e não consigo alterar a data da minha sessão de forma alguma. Realizo os pagamentos sempre em dia inclusive, eu mesma fui atrás quando o valor não foi cobrado da minha conta no dia devido, e é este o atendimento desta clínica! Me arrependo de investir meu dinheiro em uma empresa que não tem o mínimo de respeito por seus clientes!!!
