 This company does not care about customers. Flight schedules and cancellations change without prior notice. Customer service on bord is very good but the rest is very flawed

E TAMBEM VC NÃO CONSEGUE LIGAR NO SERVIÇO, NINGUEM ATENDE O TELEFONE PARA TER O MÍNIMO DE INFORMAÇÃO. NUNCA MAIS USAREI ESTE SERVIÇO DESTA COMPANHIA!!!!!
Lousy Service !!!!! I PAID FOR A BLINDNESS AMOUNT ON A CERTAIN HOURLY DAY - IN THE MORNING AND I WASN'T ATTENDED - CAUSED VERY SERIOUS LOSSES, OTHER THAN FINANCIAL. AND ALSO VC CANNOT CONNECT IN THE SERVICE, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE TO HAVE THE MINIMUM OF INFORMATION. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Funcionarios mal educados e ausentes. Praticam empurroterapia... uma equipe joga o problema pra outra, gente desinformada... faz 2 semanas q tento marcar envio de animal... pouco caso com o cliente.
Terrible attendance. Rude and absent employees. They practice pushing therapy... one team throws the problem to another, uninformed people... it's been 2 weeks since I've been trying to schedule an animal shipment... I don't care about the client.
