★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pois enquanto locamos o carro os atendente ficavam botando pressão sobre o uso e avarias... a todo instante. Sem contar q fizemos a reserva de um carro e nos foi dado outro. Ex: locamos um sedan e nos deram um hate, alegando q o sedan n havia chegado.
 Terrible, because while we rented the car the attendants kept putting pressure on the use and breakdowns ... all the time. Not to mention that we booked a car and were given another. Ex: we rented a sedan and gave us a hate, claiming that the sedan had not arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A chegada em Palmas foi uma péssima experiência devido a retirada do carro. Esperamos cerca de 1 hora para conseguir pegar o carro que já estava reservado e pago. Não indico a ninguém!
The arrival in Palmas was a terrible experience due to the removal of the car. We waited about 1 hour to get the car that was already booked and paid for. I don't recommend it to anyone!

E ainda por cima estou eu aqui no guiche que deveria ser 24h e não tem ninguém e sem saber como vou devolver o bendito carro.
One of the worst customer service experiences. Boundless bureaucracy.
And on top of that, I'm here at the window that should be open 24 hours a day and there's no one and I don't know how I'm going to return the damn car.

Me bloquearam e não devolveram meu dinheiro Aluguei um carro que tive que pagar direto on-line chego ao local nenhum veículo disponível da minha categoria ! Até HOJE não recebi meu dinheiro senhor Murillo gouveira que disse e escreveu que meu dinheiro estaria com 3 máximo 4 dias na minha conta até hoje! Entro em contacto com a SAC e me informado que a GERENTE DA loja que AINDA não liberou o reembolso sendo que MURILO diz que SAC que tinha que resolver pura mentira! ESPERO MEU DINHEIRO O MAIS RÁPIDO POSSÍVEL POIS assim como vocês trabalham duro pra receber eu também trabalho é preciso do meu dinheiro que é mais que um salário de vocês trabalhando o mês todo!
Uma agência que tem em todo Brasil com que deveria ter um bom atendimento mais não está agência tem um péssimo atendimento começando com comunicação e responsabilidade e uma falta de respeito! Mando diversas mensagem que não me respondem!

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING HERE! ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES! Scammers! They blocked me and didn't refund my money I rented a car that I had to pay directly online I arrive at the place no vehicle available in my category! Until TODAY I have not received my money Mr Murillo Gouveira who said and wrote that my money would be in my account for 3 days at most! I get in touch with SAC and inform me that the store MANAGER has not yet released the refund and MURILO says that SAC had to solve a pure lie! I HOPE MY MONEY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE just as you work hard to get paid I also work I need my money which is more than your salary working all month!
An agency that has all over Brazil with which it should have a good service but this agency has a terrible service starting with communication and responsibility and a lack of respect! I send several messages that do not respond to me!
WAITING FOR RESPONSE AND MY MONEY!
