★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and organized flight. Friendly staff was a plus. The only downside was some units of the in-flight entertainment where not working. In my case and other 2 people on board, we had a 10h flight with no entertainment system available.... A bit of disappointment but it happens... I hope in the next flight everything will be working good! Still recommend Latam ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience during a holiday, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service. Overbooking to the point customers can't fly due to no seats, children not been able to exit a country because the air line didn't check documentation properly.
An absolute mess. Avoid at all cost.

on time, good staff, but due country restrictions 2 hours flight without even an offer to buy water.. hmm
Services -
airport people have poor English but doing all best to help using translators...
App and Website -
-100% my itinerary disappeared from app and site while flights schedules and even transfer cities have changed, helpdesk neither airport couldn't fix this till now, printed me a new flights on airport, pray it doesn't change again.
Helpdesk, took 3 tries to call correctly international English speaking helpdesk on roaming phone in Brazil, numbers on sites are not correct, cost me huge amount
