Porém o atendimento do vendedor é horrível, um sacrifício pra conseguir fazer ele mandar seus pedidos, tem que implorar, é mesmo assim manda errado ou esquece de anotar. Já falei com supervisor de São Paulo e da região e nenhum sucesso até o momento. Liguei na fazenda pra tentar resolver sem sucesso. Desrespeito total com o cliente. É sem chance de encontrar alguém que possa resolver o problema.

Foi feito uma segunda reclamação a respeito do vendedor, porque o mesmo não manda nenhum pedido que eu faço e nem responde as minhas mensagens ou ligações, só recebo produtos da Xando quando ele está de bom humor e boa vontade de anotar meu pedido. Tive a presença do supervisor da região, ele disse que iria resolver esse caso mas podem acreditar, nada foi feito. Isso acontece só comigo ou com mais pessoas? Pessoal, deixe aqui sua reclamação referente ao desrespeito com o cliente da Xando por favor!
