★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perderam duas camisas de marca há três meses e me entregaram no lugar duas velhas. Ainda não conseguiram dar um retorno sobre o que será feito. Enrolaram até agora dando desculpas sem sentido e a responsável diz que não irá nos indenizar, além de sempre faltar com o respeito ao cliente como gritar ao telefone e dizer que depois deste tempo ainda reclamamos sobre o sumiço dos produtos. Tudo isso mostra uma extrema falta de organização e profissionalismo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Com certeza minha família irá acionar poderes maiores para conseguirmos chegar num entendimento.
They lost two branded shirts three months ago and handed me two old ones instead. They have not yet been able to provide feedback on what will be done. So far they have rolled up making meaningless excuses and the official says she will not indemnify us, in addition to always lacking in respect for the customer, such as shouting on the phone and saying that after this time we still complain about the disappearance of the products. All of this shows an extreme lack of organization and professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone. Surely my family will activate greater powers to reach an understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, toda boa ideia estrangeira abrasileirada acaba se tornando um ônus a mais aos brasileiros. Não vou entrar no mérito do quanto se cobra pelo serviço, reclamo por imporem um limite de roupas. As lavadoras industriais usadas em lavanderias suportam tranquilamente o máximo de roupas colocadas em seus cestos, no entanto, as lavanderias brasileiras limitam a quantidade de roupas no intuito de forçar o uso (e pagamento) de mais máquinas quando apenas uma seria suficiente. Isso inclusive é antiecológico, onde mais roupa numa mesma lavagem economizaria água, energia, sabão e amaciante... e tempo.
Unfortunately, any good Brazilian foreign idea ends up becoming an extra burden on Brazilians. I will not go into the merit of how much is charged for the service, I complain about imposing a limit on clothes. The industrial washers used in laundries quietly support the maximum amount of clothes placed in their baskets, however, Brazilian laundries limit the amount of clothes in order to force the use (and payment) of more machines when only one would be sufficient. This is even anti-ecological, where more clothes in the same wash would save water, energy, soap and fabric softener ... and time.

Great service. I took two coats and a duvet to wash and they asked for a week, because they let it dry in the sun, which for me was very good. Everything was delivered on time. Everything was clean, packaged and fragrant.
