★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na sorveteria agora há pouco (25/1/2020, por volta de 15h30) com minha família. Minha filha de 4 anos quis ir ao banheiro. Quem convive com crianças sabe que quando elas "avisam" que querem ir ao banheiro é sempre uma emergência. A loja não tem banheiro para clientes, apenas para funcionários. Pedi para levá-la nele. A resposta foi "não"! Insisti. A funcionária disse que ia consultar alguém lá dentro. Voltou e manteve o "não" e ainda sugeriu que eu atravessasse a rua e fosse ao supermercado em frente (foi o que acabei fazendo, enquanto meu marido ficou com a outra filha para terminar o sorvete pagar o nosso consumo). Embora o sorvete de vocês seja bom, o fato de negarem um banheiro para uma criança de quatro anos me faz pensar mil vezes antes de voltar. Produto de qualidade encontramos vários por aí; atendimento gentil e humano, pelo visto, é diferencial, e é isso que vou buscar, já que na Premiatta constatei que é item em falta.
 I was at the ice cream shop just now (1/25/2020, around 3:30 pm) with my family. My 4 year old daughter wanted to go to the bathroom. Those who live with children know that when they "warn" that they want to go to the bathroom it is always an emergency. The store does not have a bathroom for customers, only for employees. I asked to take it on him. The answer was "no"! I insisted. The employee said she was going to see someone inside. He came back and kept the "no" and even suggested that I cross the street and go to the supermarket opposite (that's what I ended up doing, while my husband stayed with the other daughter to finish the ice cream to pay for our consumption). While your ice cream is good, the fact that a four-year-old is denied a bathroom makes me think a thousand times before I return. We found several quality products out there; Kind and human service, apparently, is different, and that's what I'm going to get, since at the Premiatta I found that it is missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento 1 estrela. Na data 12/10/19 Eu e minha noiva fomos neste local, e infelizmente nem boa noite recebemos. E ao pegar o cardápio, a moça já foi logo informando que tinha horário pra fazer o pedido. Dando a entender que era melhor nem pedirmos. A única coisa que gostamos foi do açaí.
Espero que o proprietário leia as avaliações, e repense sobre suas atendentes, e coloque alguém que faz jus ao nome de sua empresa e ao seu trabalho duro em manter uma empresa no Brasil. Grato.
1 star service. On the date 12/10/19 My fiancé and I went to this place, and unfortunately not even good night we received. And when getting the menu, the girl was soon informing that she had time to place the order. Hinting it was better not even ask. The only thing we liked was the acai berry.
I hope the owner reads the reviews, and rethinks their attendants, and puts someone who lives up to their company name and their hard work in running a business in Brazil. Thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um açaí de 1 litro com 3 acompanhamentos. Pra minha surpresa, quando cheguei em casa, cada acompanhamento pesava cerca de 30g, além do açaí estar totalmente congelado. Vergonhoso oferecer 2 morangos como acompanhamento dessa quantidade de açaí.
I ordered a 1 liter açaí with 3 side dishes. To my surprise, when I got home, each accompaniment weighed about 30g, in addition to the açaí being totally frozen. Shameful to offer 2 strawberries to accompany this amount of açaí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Cheguei com minha filha as 21:48hrs e a funcionária do caixa perguntou grosseiramente se o pagamento era no cartão. Afirmei que sim e mais uma vez rispidamente me disse que podia comprar mas não podia comer ali porque estava fechando. Que atendimento é este??? Na hora de pagar perguntei se fechava às 21:50 ela afirmou que sim! Senhores proprietários atualizem o horário aí! Qualquer cliente que entrar no estabelecimento a partir de 21:50 não tem direito de se sentar ou pagar em dinheiro.
Bad experience. I arrived with my daughter at 9:48 pm and the cashier rudely asked if the payment was by card. I said yes and once again bluntly told me I could buy it but I couldn't eat there because it was closing. What service is this??? When paying I asked if it closed at 21:50 she said yes! Gentlemen owners update the schedule there! Any customer entering the establishment after 9:50 pm is not entitled to sit down or pay in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picolés e sorvetes fabricados lá são saborosos e tem um preço justo, mas o atendimento é muito abaixo do esperado. O local é meio sujo. Para levar os filhos, pegar o que tiver que pegar e sair, é uma boa pedida.
Popsicles and ice cream made there are tasty and reasonably priced, but the service is way below expectations. The place is kind of dirty. To take the kids, grab what you have to get and leave, it's a good option.
