Terrible attendance. It really closes at 5 pm although the time is up to 7 pm. The employee has a terrible service. I went in two at the suggestion of the Graça store that has machines out of order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naoo avisa no google nem no site que o self service fecha as 13 horas. Sao 28 minutos pra lavar a roupa e mais 45 pra secar. Cheguei um pòuco depois das 13 e nao queriam deixar eu lavar minha roupa. Falta de respeito. Podiam ao menos colocar um aviso no google. Vc n chega num sabado com toda sua roupa da semana e espera q isso aconteça. Daria tempo perfeitamente. Lamentavel. Atendimento um lixo tbm. Entendo que nao é a atendente que poe as normas mas tentar ficar defendendo o indefensável é uma tremenda falta de respeito. Muito grossa e so queria discutir. UM LIXO NUNCA MAIS VOLTO. Nao sei o nome da atendente mas foi no dia de hj
It doesn't tell you on google or on the website that the self service closes at 1pm. It takes 28 minutes to wash clothes and another 45 to dry. I arrived a little after 13 and they didn't want to let me wash my clothes. Lack of respect. They could at least put a notice on google. You don't arrive on a Saturday with all your clothes for the week and wait for that to happen. It would make time perfectly. Unfortunate. Service a garbage too. I understand that the attendant is not the one who sets the standards, but trying to defend the indefensible is a tremendous lack of respect. Too thick and just wanted to argue. A GARBAGE NEVER COME BACK. I don't know the attendant's name but it was today
