★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ter atrasado no prazo de entrega, recebi minhas roupas sujas como antes. Encardidas. Ao fazer a reclamação pelo telefone, o atendente foi extremamente grosseiro e falou que se eu quisesse as roupas brancas eu deveria pagar uma diferença e que eu não deveria voltar a lavar as roupas lá, já que eu não estava satisfeita.
 In addition to being late on delivery, I received my dirty clothes as before. Embarrassed. While making the complaint over the phone, the attendant was extremely rude and said that if I wanted the white clothes I should pay a difference and that I should not do the laundry there again, as I was not satisfied.

Mandei meu tapete para lavar com a promessa de que no prazo de 1 semana devolveriam na minha residência. consegui contato na loja apenas dois dias depois com a promessa que entregariam dia seguinte. Me comprometi em estar em casa na data e local e não apareceram. Liguei novamente e fui muito mal atendida, onde disseram que a responsabilidade de lembra-los da entrega era minha! Um abrsurdo!
Terrible attendance. I sent my rug to wash with the promise that within 1 week they would return it to my residence. I managed to contact the store just two days later with the promise that they would deliver the next day. I made a commitment to be at home on the date and place and they didn't show up. I called again and was very poorly attended, where they said that the responsibility for reminding them of the delivery was mine! An abruptness!

Daí resolvi levar umas roupas no período da pandemia, vcs acreditam que ninguém lá usava máscara, lá dentro até compreendo, as meninas ficam passando roupas em um calor infernal. Agora, vir atender cliente no balcão sem máscara, foi de lascar. Só por isso não irei mais levar roupas lá. O pior que foi o dono e o filho dele quem me atendeu. Os dois sem máscara, e já era uso obrigatório dentro dos estabelecimentos há um tempão. Aff
