NÃO RECOMENDO O SERVIÇO PARA NENHUM USUÁRIO. Existem outras empresas do ramo em bairros próximos, empresas que tem compromisso e respeito pelo cliente. Apesar de ser cliente dessa empresa há mais de 15 anos, isso não impediu que o desrespeito e a falta de compromisso comigo acontecessem.
A nova proprietária (Sra. Débora) é extremamente grosseira e descompromissada.
Além de ter tido roupas danificadas pela lavanderia (que me devolveu as peças como se nada tivesse acontecido), minhas roupas vem sendo trocadas constantemente com as de outros clientes, chegando algumas a não serem entregues, sem qualquer justificativa da lavanderia. As roupas vem amarrotadas, cheias de dobras. A última remessa de roupas que levei não foi entregue no prazo, mesmo com a ciência da atendente acerca da imprescindibilidade das mesmas para a viagem que eu faria no feriado subsequente. Solicitei que fossem as roupas entregues na minha residência, pois não teria mais disponibilidade de comparecer ao local novamente. A data marcada para a entrega das roupas era 16 de abril (quinta feira), e até hoje (20 de abril) ainda não recebi as minhas roupas. Não indico o serviço dessa empresa para ninguém, pois além de danificarem e perderem as roupas, ainda não tem compromisso algum com o cliente, não entregando no prazo e nem procurando resolver a intempestividade.
Não indico essa lavanderia Zilda, péssimo serviço e atendimento.
HUGE LAUNDRY.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE TO ANY USER. There are other companies in the business in nearby neighborhoods, companies that have commitment and respect for the customer. Despite being a client of this company for over 15 years, this did not prevent the disrespect and lack of commitment to me from happening.
The new owner (Mrs. Deborah) is extremely rude and uncompromising.
In addition to having clothes damaged by laundry (which returned the pieces to me as if nothing had happened), my clothes have been constantly changed with those of other customers, some even undeliverable, without any justification of the laundry. The clothes come wrinkled, full of folds. The last shipment of clothes I took was not delivered on time, even with the attendant's knowledge of their necessity for the trip I would take on the subsequent holiday. I requested that the clothes be delivered to my residence, as I would no longer be able to attend the site again. The delivery date was April 16th (Thursday), and to this day (April 20th) I have not received my clothes yet. I do not indicate the service of this company to anyone, because besides damaging and losing the clothes, has no commitment to the customer, not delivering on time or trying to resolve the untimely.
I do not indicate this laundry Zilda, poor service and service.
