★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a empresa. Levei meu tapete para lavar e o mesmo retornou com uma mancha enorme. Reclamei com o responsável no local e a resposta que obtive foi que não havia nada a ser feito e que eu não podia provar que a manha havia sido causada por eles. Cuidado, oriento a todos a procurarem uma empresa responsável e competente, pois alguns danos (como no meu caso ) são irreversíveis e a empresa com certeza vai se eximir da culpa.
Would not recommend the company. I took my rug to wash and it returned with a huge stain. I complained to the person in charge and the answer I got was that there was nothing to be done and that I could not prove that the morning had been caused by them. Be careful, I urge everyone to look for a responsible and competent company, as some damage (as in my case) is irreversible and the company will certainly be exempt from guilt.

Mandei 4 folhas de cortinas pra lavar, 2xblackout tecido + 2xvoal e, além de muita enrolação para devolver, voltaram cheio de rasgos e furos na cara dura. Detonaram meu produto. Depois do ocorrido, o atendimento foi horrível, sem empatia com o cliente, muito lero lero e justificativas não contundentes, solução evasiva e batida de telefone na minha cara.
I do not recommend the company in any way. I sent 4 sheets of curtains to wash, 2xblackout fabric + 2xvoal and, in addition to a lot of wrapping to return, they came back full of tears and holes in the hard face. They detonated my product. After the event, the service was horrible, without empathy with the customer, very straightforward and unmistakable justifications, evasive solution and a phone call in my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos pequenos problemas de agenda mas tudo superado com boa vontade. Quanto a lavagem do tapete e cortinas que eu solicitei, o serviço ficou perfeito. Ótima qualidade. Também muito educados no atendimento. Recomendo.
We had small problems with the schedule but everything was overcome with good will. As for washing the carpet and curtains I requested, the service was perfect. Great quality. Also very polite in service. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo preço caro que pagamos, a lavagem das cortinas não ficaram boas, as correntinhas não foram lavadas, as instalações deram problemas duas vezes, a distribuição das lâminas das cortinas ficaram irregulares, tiveram que entortar os bândos p/ caber todas as lâminas, ultrapassaram o prazo de entrega vários dias....enfim, infelizmente ficamos insatisfeitos c/ a qualidade do serviço prestado. Não recomendo
For the expensive price we paid, the washing of the curtains was not good, the chains were not washed, the installations had problems twice, the distribution of the curtain blades was irregular, they had to bend the bundles to fit all the blades, they exceeded the delivery time several days.... anyway, unfortunately we were dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided.
