Uma vez combinei de buscarem umas peças em casa e não foram, o que acabou me trazendo um transtorno pois precisava das peças rápido... esqueceram e nunca foram me perguntar se poderia ser no dia seguinte nem nada, só esqueceram. E que não recaia sobre funcionários, pois foi combinado com a dona do estabelecimento.
The service is good, but the organization not so much. Once I arranged to get some pieces at home and they were not, which ended up bringing me a inconvenience because I needed the pieces fast ... forgot and never asked me if it could be the next day or anything, just forgot. And that does not fall on employees, as it was agreed with the owner of the establishment.

Bad experience, they lose, stain and don't admit the mistake, they take a long time to deliver the clothes. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou zero estrelas porquê no começo a prestação de serviço foi muito útil. Mas depois se perderam, roupas vieram manchadas, roupas foram perdidas, roupas vieram trocadas e eles nem se responsabilizam por nada. Já cansei de não ter um serviço bem feito, espera-se que uma lavanderia ao menos saiba manusear as roupas. Não cumprem com o que está no contrato de pegar e entregar o malote 2 vezes na semana. Entreguei um malote na semana posterior do ano novo, dia 3 e só fui receber dia 21. E depois alegaram que roupas estavam mofadas. Enfim total descaso com o cliente e as roupas.
The only reason I don't give zero stars is because in the beginning the service was very helpful. But then they got lost, clothes came stained, clothes were lost, clothes came changed and they don't even take responsibility for anything. I'm tired of not having a good service, it's expected that a laundry at least knows how to handle clothes. They do not comply with what is in the contract to pick up and deliver the pouch twice a week. I delivered a pouch the following week of the new year, the 3rd, and I didn't receive it until the 21st. And then they claimed that clothes were moldy. Finally, total disregard for the customer and the clothes.
