Não entregaram minha roupa na data acordada e quando falei que não iria pagar o valor integral, reclamaram, foram mal educados e ainda ameaçaram ficar com a minha roupa. Não recomendo a ninguém! Se recusaram a receber o pagamento quando fui deixar a roupa pois "a máquina está carregando". Quer dizer então que quando a máquina carrega ela fica impossibilitada de receber pagamentos? Então, uma loja tem que ter várias máquinas de cartão porque quando uma for carregar, a outra deverá assumir obrigatoriamente. Fujam deste "estabelecimento" que mais parece com uma bagunça! Incompetentes, fracos, mal educados e não sabem lidar com o público. Infelizmente, no RJ, bom atendimento é artigo de luxo.
Poor service, incompetent staff. They didn't deliver my clothes on the agreed date and when I said I wouldn't pay the full amount, they complained, were rude and even threatened to keep my clothes. Not recommend to anyone! They refused to receive payment when I left the laundry because "the machine is loading". So, when the machine loads, it is unable to receive payments? So a store has to have several card machines because when one is loading, the other must take over. Get away from this "messy" establishment! Incompetent, weak, impolite and unable to deal with the public. Unfortunately, in RJ, good service is a luxury article.
