The boy for a moment was refusing to wash my car worth the promotion because it was "very dirty". They wanted me to have the car clean for them to wash? I did not understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço lavar e aspirar é ótimo, apenas 10,00 mas o local é ruim, pois não tem estrutura. O cliente tem que sentar, de gaiato, num restaurante visinho.
Mas é rápido e o serviço é bom.
Price to wash and vacuum is great, only 10.00 but the location is bad, as it has no structure. The client has to sit, in gaiato, in a neighboring restaurant.
But it is fast and the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos de pandemia, não existe preocupação por parte dos.funcionários quanto ao uso de máscaras ou alcool em gel. Tb não trabalham com máquina ou transferência para pagamento. Péssimo!
In times of pandemic, there is no concern on the part of employees regarding the use of masks or alcohol gel. Also do not work with machine or transfer for payment. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Fui uma vez e não volto mais. O rapaz um dia me disse um valor, no outro dia que eu fui me passaram outro valor (maior). O gerente foi grosseiro quando disse isso, mas o dono do local conseguiu superar tamanha grosseria. Além do desrespeito ao consumidor EXTREMO e o descumprimento legal. Sem contar que o local é péssimo para esperar. Não tem cadeira alguma. Tem umas mesas do local vizinho(acho que é lanchonete) que eles "colocam" os clientes para ficarem lá. NÃO INDICO! Tem vários outros lava jatos próximos com preços identicos e com melhor atendimento.
Lousy experience! I went once and will not come back. The guy one day told me a value, the other day I went I was passed another (higher) value. The manager was rude when he said this, but the owner of the place managed to overcome such rudeness. In addition to the EXTREME consumer disrespect and legal noncompliance. Not to mention that the place is lousy to wait. He has no chair. There are tables at the neighboring place (I think it's a cafeteria) that they "put" the customers to stay there. DO NOT INDICATE! There are several other nearby jet jets with identical prices and better service.
