Tentei contato com a empresa através do número 2180-3348 na quinta-feira (08/08/19) por diversas vezes, tentei também na sexta-feira (09/08/19) e mais uma vez não fui atendido para que pudesse agendar com antecedência conforme o solicitado pelo site do barato coletivo, mas então me dirigi, hoje (10/08/19), até o lava jato pra poder usufruir do serviço que paguei esperando ser atendido já não atenderam às ligações que realizarei pra agendar com antecedência através do único meio de canal de comunicação que encontrei pelo Google já que não havia um outro disporem pelo barato coletivo. Mas ao chegar no lava jato fui abordado por um homem que me pareceu ser o dono, onde expliquei minha situação...MOSTREI AS LIGAÇÕES NO MEU CELULAR QUE HAVIA FEITO NOS DIAS ANTERIORES e mesmo assim ele disse que não podia me atender e que minha ida até ali (moro do outro lado da cidade) eu poderia só agendar pra ir outro dia... por fim, muito MUIIIITO MAL EDUCADO, principalmente por ser dono da empresa que disse no final pra eu ligar para o barato coletivo e solicitar o meu estorno!
SOU DONO DE UMA EMPRESA e nunca deixaria/faria um cliente meu passar por tal constrangimento! Estou me sentindo lesado, impune e insatisfeito!
I wanted to give LESS 5 stars. Lousy experience. Perhaps because you are a customer with a collective cheap voucher!
I tried to contact the company through the number 2180-3348 on Thursday (08/08/19) several times, I also tried on Friday (09/08/19) and once again I was not answered so I could schedule in advance as requested by the collective cheap website, but then I went, today (10/08/19), to the car wash to be able to take advantage of the service I paid for waiting to be answered, no longer answered the calls I will make to schedule in advance through the only means of communication channel that I found by Google since there was no other available for the collective cheap. But when I arrived at the car wash I was approached by a man who seemed to be the owner, where I explained my situation ... I SHOWED THE CONNECTIONS ON MY CELL PHONE THAT HAD MADE IN THE PREVIOUS DAYS and even so he said that he could not answer me and that my going there (I live on the other side of the city) I could only schedule to go another day ... finally, VERY MUCH EDUCATED, mainly for being the owner of the company that said at the end for me to call the collective cheap and request the my chargeback!
I AM OWNER OF A COMPANY and would never let / make a client of mine go through such constraint! I am feeling hurt, unpunished and dissatisfied!
