★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos de trato. Não aceitam cartão, não me avisaram, nem perguntaram se eu precisava de troco. Ao entregar os dois cobertores, eu tinha, em dinheiro, 50 reais. Não me deixaram pagar no dia seguinte os 20 reais restantes e nem tinham troco, pra que eu pudesse pagar só um cobertor. Resumo: Só me entregaram um cobertor, me deixaram com um "bônus" por ter pagado a mais por ele, e vão trazer o outro no dia seguinte, quando eu der o resto do dinheiro. Dar dinheiro a mais eu posso, a menos não! A lavagem ainda não tem nenhum diferencial, igual a uma lavanderia qualquer.
Bad treatment. They do not accept cards, they did not warn me, nor asked if I needed change. By delivering both blankets, I had 50 reais in cash. They didn't let me pay the next 20 reais and didn't even have change, so I could just pay a blanket. Summary: They just handed me a blanket, left me with a "bonus" for overpaying it, and will bring the other the next day when I give the rest of the money. Give more money I can, less not! The washing has no differential yet, just like any laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui descreve minha indiguinacao . Cheguei de viajem e coloquei meus casacos pra lavar ,, e conferir as peças com o motoboy.
Ao me entregar minha roupas senti que faltava algo .so que não conferir na hora que motoboy veio entregar pq dei minha filha pra segura enquanto eu passava o cartao. Bom fui guarda quando contei estava faltando uma peças liguei imediatamente pra lavanderia perguntei quantas peças foi enviada ai atendente falou 11 pois falei pra ela vcs só me entregaram 10, ela falou pra mim que mandou as 11 peças então a onde está o casaco do meu marido se não chegou lá em casa .ai veio me oferecer lavagem de roupa . Não é a sim tem que ter mas responsabilidade com as roupas do cliente .presta mas atenção espero que o dono leia .e toma providência pq se aconteceu comigo deve acontecer com más alguém .vou aguarda a providência do casaco do meu marido .( assinad. I come here describes my indiguination. I arrived from travel and put my coats to wash, and check the parts with motoboy.
As I handed myself my clothes I felt something was missing. So that I didn't check it out when motoboy came to deliver it because I gave my daughter safe while I passed the card. Well I was a guard when I told him I was missing a piece immediately called the laundry asked how many pieces was sent there attendant said 11 because I told her you just handed me 10, she told me that sent the 11 pieces then where is my husband's coat if you didn't get home .ai came to offer me laundry. It is not the yes you have to have but responsibility for the client's clothes. Pay attention but I hope the owner reads .and takes care why if it happened to me it must happen to someone bad.
