Cheguei às 16:45h e o estabelecimento se encontrava fechado. Uma falta de respeito.

Desde então estou cobrando o item das funcionárias que alegam que não ficou lá e que estão aguardando algum cliente se pronunciar se recebeu por engano. Como assim? Eu que ficarei sem o lençol? A empresa não se responsabiliza pelo extravio.
I left some pieces of bed and bath linen to wash and dry. They didn't give me back a double sheet with elastic. Since then I have been charging the item to the employees who claim that it was not there and that they are waiting for a customer to comment if they received it by mistake. As well? I will be without the sheet? The company is not responsible for the loss.
