Sério. Se eu pudesse dava -10 estrelas. Fiquei vastante decepcionada com a qualidade do atendimento.
They did the wrong registration (name and phone number). They only identified the parts on the hanger. And there was missing a towel and a pair of socks.
Really. If I could I would give it -10 stars. I was overwhelmed with the quality of the service.

Deixei o produto em uma quinta-feira.
Na nota fiscal entregue pela funcionária, a previsão de entrega era para a segunda-feira em sequência.
Fui buscar no horário previsto e para minha surpresa disseram que a roupa precisava ser lavada novamente.
Detalhe: NÃO ME LIGARAM E NEM SEQUER TIVERAM O TRABALHO DE AVISAR POR MENSAGEM.
Péssimo o serviço. Tenho as notas fiscais que comprovam o fato.

Já usei para ternos, roupas de eventos, camisas sociais então nem se fale: é só pegar na 5àSec São Pedro e levar pra usar.
A rapidez deles e o profissionalismo são impressionantes, uma vez levei uma grande quantidade de roupas para eventos e a primeira pergunta da equipe é se "era a primeira lavagem".
Fiquei contente em saber que as minhas roupas são tão bem cuidadas.
