★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia usado semana passada, as roupas ficaram limpas e perfumadas, dessa vez as roupas parecem que foram lavadas sem sabão e sem amaciante, não sei se estão reduzindo insumos ou se não fizeram a reposição na semana, o fato é que gastei mais de 150 reais e saí insatisfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Você está usando a máquina de lavar, entra outro cliente e pode usar todas as máquinas de secar e você precisa ficar esperando 43 minutos para poder usar. Tem que existir um travamento para você usar, faltava só dois minutos. Não uso mais e não recomendo mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo perfeito, a melhor maneira de lavar a roupa fora de casa. Tudo automatizado e muito fácil usar. Tudo bem organizado e limpo. Fica dentro do posto de gasolina e fica aberta a noite inteira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizo 3x no mês ....gosto muito ! Porém o toten tem constantemente dado problemas eu vou sempre as 6h da manhã pq está dando muita fila e percebo que até nesse horário já está começando a movimentar...
Então minha sugestão é criar senhas pq em época de covid o espaço é pequeno ...obrigado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje coloquei uma caminha na máquina para secar, mas assim que saí pra um compromisso, uma moça qualquer que estava lá só carregando o celular pegou a hotline, mas nem achei que fosse nada demais. Quando voltei antes de dar o tempo, ela tinha tirado a caminha e falou que estávamos agindo de má fé, que estávamos lavando coisa de cachorro (sendo que nunca tinha usado e ela nem tinha como saber), que usamos outro nome pra conseguir fazer isso e que já estava falando com a dona para bloquear o meu nome e o da minha mãe (que tinha feito na conta dela dessa vez, pois ela quem pagou). Isso foi totalmente ridículo e humilhante pra gente… como alguém que não tem autoridade nenhuma se vê no direito de nos insultar, tirar nosso artigo da máquina a bel prazer sem nem ter direito nenhum pra isso? Seria uma conduta inadequada mesmo se fosse a própria dona, já que ela não teria como provar nada que alegou, e nem ao menos nos perguntou sobre.
Quando voltei, além de ser insultada por essa mulher, tive que pegar meu artigo completamente ensopado, ou seja… desperdício total de dinheiro. Não entendo como alguém qualquer pode simplesmente abrir a máquina e retirar algo, e isso pode até ser um meio de alguém roubar, já que aparentemente é só entrar lá e fazer o que quiser, independente de quem for.
Today I put a bed in the machine to dry, but as soon as I left for an appointment, some girl who was there just carrying her cell phone took the hotline, but I didn't even think it was a big deal. When I got back before the time was up, she had taken the bed off and said that we were acting in bad faith, that we were washing dog stuff (since she had never used it and she had no way of knowing), that we used another name to get it done. and that I was already talking to the owner to block my name and that of my mother (which I had done on her account this time, because she paid for it). This was totally ridiculous and humiliating for us… how does someone who has no authority feel entitled to insult us, take our article from the machine at will without even having any right to do so? It would be inappropriate conduct even if it were the owner herself, as she would have no way to prove anything she claimed, and she didn't even ask us about it.
When I returned, in addition to being insulted by this woman, I had to get my article completely soaked, in other words… total waste of money. I don't understand how anyone can just open the machine and take something out, and that could even be a way for someone to steal, since apparently it's just getting in there and doing whatever they want, regardless of who it is.
