Eles sempre oferecem de entregar em casa e sempre me dão o comprovante com essa informação e a data máxima que irão entregar.
Acho que já deixei umas 5 peças e NUNCA entregaram em casa.
Tenho que sempre passar por lá e avisar que nada foi entregue.
E sempre a mesma desculpa que tentaram me ligar e ninguém atendeu por isso não foi entregue.
Da última vez levei um vestido de festa, paguei caro, veio amassado na barra, o cinto descosturado e me devolveram depois de 1 mês e isso que passei DUAS VEZES para avisar.
Ou seja, PÉSSIMO atendimento com o consumidor.
Não recomendo
I live near the laundry in the street Jose Maria Lisboa, for convenience go through there to go to work and let the pieces of clothing.
They always offer to deliver at home and always give me proof of this information and the maximum date they will deliver.
I think I already left about 5 pieces and NEVER delivered at home.
I have to always go by and warn that nothing has been delivered.
And always the same excuse that they tried to call me and no one answered so it was not delivered.
Last time it took me a party dress, overpaid, came dent in the bar, and returned me descosturado belt after 1 month and so I spent TWICE to warn.
That is, BAD customer service.
I do not recommend
