Fui atendida por um dos proprietários, o simpático Ahamad, que imediatamente fez as costuras que eu precisava, além de ter dado várias dicas e sugestões para melhorar o acabamento, ter materiais disponíveis para completar o serviço, pois levei viés insuficiente, e ter feito em 2h, o que eu resolveria aguardando 2 ou 3 dias, tudo isso sem parar de atender os clientes que chegavam com retiradas e novos serviços. Encantada!!! Vale a pena conhecer e virar cliente, como eu virei

logo no primeiro contato, fui super bem atendido pela Elisângela...
era sábado por volta de 11h e todas as outras lavanderias próximas criaram dificuldades (talvez, por conta do horário ou da chuva torrencial que caía na ocasião)...
ela me informou que o próprio dono da lavanderia buscaria as roupas no meu hotel...
por volta de 13h, conheci o Ahmed... tendo em vista que eu precisa das roupas para o mesmo dia, ele fez questão de me atender com total atenção e presteza...
por volta de 16h, recebi um telefonema dele informando que as roupas estavam prontas e que seriam entregues...
ele me passou os valores e ainda me explicou a composição dos valores do serviço :)))
prestação de serviços como este fazem toda a diferença e estabelecem rapidamente vínculos de confiança, respeito e admiração...
recomendo fortemente a Aleppo!! :)))
the experience I had with the Aleppo laundry was as positive as possible...
on the first contact, I was very well attended by Elisângela...
it was Saturday around 11 am and all the other laundry facilities nearby created difficulties (perhaps, due to the hours or the torrential rain that fell at the time)...
she informed me that the owner of the laundry would pick up the clothes at my hotel...
around 13h, I met Ahmed... considering that I need the clothes for the same day, he insisted on attending me with total attention and promptness...
around 4 pm, I received a phone call from him informing him that the clothes were ready and that they would be delivered...
he gave me the values and even explained the composition of the service values :)))
providing services like this make all the difference and quickly establish bonds of trust, respect and admiration...
