★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 03/03/2020 mandei 3 tapetes de Conjunto na Lavanderia bonasecco, na Av. Francisco Deslandes, 133 - Bairro Anchieta - Belo Horizonte.
Paguei antecipado o valor de 96,94 da lavagem, no entanto na hora de pegar 1 dos tapetes tinha extraviado.
Me solicitaram para eu fazer um orçamento, que fiz e entreguei (tenho protocolo da entrega do orçamento a Bonasecco)
Como não lembrava o lugar que tinha comprado, fui a uma loja e fiz o orçamento de um tapete similar.
A Sra. Leticia me ligou informando que iria realizar o ressarcimento, o que nunca ocorreu. Solicitou a NF do tapete(eu nao tinha), e então se recusou a fazer o pagamento.
Até o momento o caso continua sem resolver, mas pelo jeito é esperar a justiça voltar e resolver lá

On 03/03/2020 I sent 3 set of carpets in Laundry bonasecco, at Av Francisco Deslandes, 133 -. Anchieta district - Belo Horizonte.
I paid in advance the amount of 96.94 for the wash, however when I got 1 of the carpets I had lost it.
I was asked to make a budget, which I made and delivered (I have a protocol for delivering the budget to Bonasecco)
As I didn't remember the place I had bought, I went to a store and budgeted a similar rug.
Ms. Leticia called me saying that would perform the compensation, which never occurred. He asked for the carpet invoice (I didn't have it), and then he refused to make the payment.
By the time the case is still unsolved, but by the way is to wait for justice to come back and settle there
Impressive disregard for the client of this company !!!!!
