Verificamos muito bem antes de enviar e era novo, nem ferro de passar eu tenho pra ter feito marca de queimado.. Parece que algum estagiário esqueceu o ferro quente em cima lá na lavanderia e não conseguem admitir.
Em resumo, mandei um edredom novo e fiquei com um edredom com marca de queimado.
I had a new comforter washed, then they sent a photo saying it had a "burn mark". We checked very well before sending and it was new, I don't even have an iron to make a burn mark. It seems that some intern forgot the hot iron up there in the laundry and they can't admit it.
