 Great service, take good care of clothes, good prices on the monthly plan. They wash everything, even carpet, baby strollers, covers. When in doubt, take it easy that they do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei lavar um edredom grande de casal porque não cabe na nossa máquina de lavar aqui em casa. O valor do serviço é BEM EM CONTA! Vale a pena mandar lavar nessa lavanderia, deu tudo certo o serviço, exceto pela falha no sistema deles de não avisar da entrega do edredom, atrasar a entrega, foi uma pequena confusão.
Mas tirando essa parte do sistema falho e das propagandas no email que não tem como descadastrar o email de receber propagandas (só mandando pro spam resolve) o atendimento é bom e o serviço também. Repito: o CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO vale muuuito a pena comparado com outras lavanderias da cidade!
I had a large double duvet washed because it doesn't fit in our washing machine here at home. The value of the service is WELL IN ACCOUNT! It is worth having the laundry washed, the service was all right, except for the failure in their system of not notifying the delivery of the comforter, delaying delivery, it was a little confusion.
But apart from this part of the flawed system and the advertisements in the email that have no way of unsubscribing the email from receiving advertisements (just sending it to spam resolves) the service is good and the service too. I repeat: the COST-BENEFIT is sooo worth it compared to other laundries in the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são cordeais! Mas infelizmente não recomendo mais essa lavanderia para roupas finas e delicadas... Levei uma saia de veludo e um macacão ambos pretos. A saia de veludo claramente perdeu o aveludado, se tornou opaca e com material mais fino e o macacão perdeu a consistência e e ficou com um tecido bem fininho também com um tom de preto diferente... Chateadíssima pois são peças que custaram caro e insubstituíveis e que nunca vou acha-las novamente. Levei lá justamente com medo de lavar em casa e estragá-las. Recomendo no máximo para roupas comuns, que não são necessários cuidados extras...
The employees are friendly! But unfortunately I don't recommend this laundry anymore for fine and delicate clothes... I took a velvet skirt and a jumpsuit, both black. The velvet skirt clearly lost its velvet, became opaque and with thinner material and the overall lost consistency and was left with a very thin fabric also with a different shade of black... Very upset because they are expensive and irreplaceable pieces and that I will never find them again. I took them there because I was afraid to wash them at home and spoil them. I recommend at most for common clothes, which do not need extra care...
