Atendente responde com má vontade e ríspida, perguntando valores e prazos para outra pessoa que estava perto. Infelizmente a primeira impressão é a que fica.
 I can't say for the service itself because I gave up on taking my items there just because of the experience I had with the phone service. Attendant responds grudgingly and harshly, asking values and deadlines for another person who was nearby. Unfortunately, the first impression is what remains.

Great quality of service and exceptional service, always good humored. I take my clothes there weekly and I've always been treated very well by both Silvia and Helena.

Uma dica ; caso queiram uma roupa pronta mais rápido, leve com 3 dias de antecedência no mínimo, daí você não se chateia com a pronta resposta ..... não dá !

Quanto ao atendimento da Sra. Silvia e Dona Helena, sensacional. São pessoas muito simpáticas, respeitosas e o motivos pelo qual não mudo de lavanderia. TOP.
The Laundry Work is excellent. I take my trousers and social shirts there to be washed and put on for many years. The clothes always return clean and excellently passed. Regarding the care of Mrs. Silvia and Dona Helena, sensational. They are very nice people, respectful and the reason why I do not change laundry. TOP.

I've been wearing my clothes for a long time in the Laundry Work, at least about 10 years, I've never had any problems. Super recommend their work. Commitment, responsibility and quality are just some adjectives that I can list, not to mention the sympathy of the girls who welcome us: Sil and Lena. Thank you! 100% satisfied.
