Terrible. They charge a high price by placing high fees on a criteria of each employee. One day it's a price, another day another price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço e preço justo. Minha esposa e eu chegamos no hotel cansados e com muita roupa suja. A lavanderia buscou nossas roupas no hotel e entregou no horário certinho, tudo muito limpinho e cheiroso. Totalmente recomendado!
Excellent service and fair price. My wife and I arrived at the hotel tired and with a lot of dirty clothes. The laundry picked up our clothes at the hotel and delivered at the right time, all very clean and smelling. Totally recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e prestativo, serviço self service. Uma máquina para lavar custa R$18,00 e para secar é o mesmo preco. Eles dão o sabão e o amaciante. Valeu a pena.
Good and helpful service, self service. A washing machine costs R $ 18.00 and to dry is the same price. They give the soap and the softener. Worth it.
