Adiaram a entrega , me garantiram que seria entregue no dia seguinte e me deixaram na mão sem nenhuma preocupação nem aviso! Avisei que então não queria mais o serviço , inventaram que já estava pronto e me cobraram o serviço mesmo assim ! Pagarei pois sou correta com os meus atos mas jamais volto nesse lugar nem indico a ninguém.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE ! I left a shirt and tie to wash and iron as I would need it for a wedding. They delayed delivery, assured me that it would be delivered the next day and left me in hand with no worries or warnings! I warned that then I didn't want the service anymore, they invented that it was ready and they charged me for the service anyway! I will pay because I am correct with my actions but I will never go back to this place nor recommend it to anyone.
